Payment Terms

To secure your place, a $700 USD deposit is required upon registration. Full payment may be made at any time, with the remaining balance due no later than 90 days prior to departure.

Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only once payment has been received and verified. Registration alone does not guarantee a confirmed spot.

Payment details will be provided after registration. Once payment has been made, participants are required to submit proof of transfer via email or WhatsApp. Kindly include your name as a payment reference for identification.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in the release of your booking.

All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. All payments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
