Booking Terms — Photography Tours

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. By making a booking, you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated on this website.

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or official communication channels.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour.
The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date, according to the timeline provided.

Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations must follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy available on this website.

Refunds are subject to the timing of cancellation and whether the participant’s slot can be filled by another participant.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit for the tour.

All travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance, are the responsibility of the participant.

Participants are also responsible for their personal belongings, camera equipment, and gear throughout the trip.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants.

This should include coverage for:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Personal belongings and equipment

JFP is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred during the tour.

6. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and experience of the tour.

7. Use of Images

JFP reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials.

If a participant does not wish to appear in such content, they must inform us in advance.

8. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others, local communities, and the environment.

JFP reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

9. Force Majeure

JFP shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
