Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official Cancellation Request Form available on this website. Alternatively, confirmation may be made via email : jackfirman05@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 818-0997-7577
Participants may transfer their slot to another person. Refund eligibility depends on whether the slot can be filled by a replacement participant.
If your slot is successfully filled, a refund may be issued depending on the timing of the cancellation.
If your slot is not filled, no refund will be issued.
Refunds and applicable fees vary based on how far in advance the cancellation is made and whether the canceled slot can be resold.
Cancellation Timeline
20–40 Days or More Before Departure
If your slot is filled by another participant more than 40 days before departure:
We will refund your remaining payment minus:
Payment processing fees
Administrative fee of $100
Service provider fees already incurred (hotels, transportation, tours, etc.)
Additional costs incurred in reselling the slot (including but not limited to advertising, promotions, or discounts)
If your slot remains unfilled, or is filled less than 20 days before departure:
Your deposit will not be refunded, as payments and operational costs have already been committed.
Unfilled Slot Policy
If no replacement participant is found, refunds will not be issued regardless of the cancellation date.
Cancellation by Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.
In such cases:
A full refund (100%) of all payments will be issued
Participants will be informed in advance
However, we are not responsible for any external expenses incurred, including but not limited to:
Flights
Accommodation
Equipment or gear
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the trip due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
War or political unrest
Government restrictions
Extreme weather conditions
Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be considered based on the situation, supplier policies, and recoverable costs. Additional expenses incurred by participants are not covered.
Adjustment of Trip Cost
If the number of participants is below the standard group size and remaining participants wish to proceed, the trip cost may be adjusted accordingly.

All requests will be reviewed by our team, and a response will be provided within 1–3 working days.
